Terms and conditions
* Last minute special applies when the unit is available within four weeks of the day of arrival that you are requesting.
Reservation limit: 1 to 6 Persons
Rates are per night in US Dollars. All rates subject to change and to a Hawaii 8.25% hotel tax and 4.16% excise tax.
The condo will be cleaned prior to your arrival and a supply of linens for your stay will be furnished. Weekly or daily maid service is available upon request, for an additional charge. There is a $95 exit cleaning and linen fee.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and checks.
Check in time: 3 PM; Check out time: 11 AM. Extra for late checkouts if available.
Minimum stay
5 nights unless special circumstances. 2 night deposit to confirm reservation; must be received within 7 days of booking reservation. Balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. Deposits are refundable if reservation canceled more than 60 days prior to arrival date less an $100.00 administration fee.
Monthly Rates
You can receive up to a 10% discount on rates for reservations of 28 days or longer depending on the season. 5 night deposit to confirm reservation received within 7 days of booking reservation; balance due 60 days prior to arrival. Should reservation be canceled less than 60 days prior to arrival, deposits will be returned for those days that are re-rented at the same rate.

Deposit and balance are refundable if the reservation is canceled more than 60 days prior to arrival date less a $100.00 administration fee. Otherwise, deposits will be returned only for those days that are re-rented at the same rate.
Payment Policy for December 16 to March 1
All reservations for the above dates must be paid in full by November 1 of the year prior to the reservation. For reservations made after November 1, payment in full must be received within 7 days booking of the reservation. If reservation is canceled after November 1, deposits will be returned for those days that are re-rented at the same rate.
